Jacob Wright

CEO & Co-Founder

Jacob Wright is a second-time founder with deep roots in service-based healthcare operations. Prior to founding WorqAgent, he launched and led Vetama—a multi-state mobile veterinary group—where he saw firsthand how traditional staffing models break under growth.

From missed calls and backlogged billing to churn and burnout, he lived the administrative pain points that AI is now positioned to solve.

WorqAgent was born from that experience. Jacob's vision is simple but systemic: every service business should run like a perfect Kanban—where work moves, value flows, and labor scales without overhead drag. As CEO, he leads WorqAgent's go-to-market strategy and product philosophy, combining frontline insight with a systems-level understanding of how AI can replace—not just support—administrative work.

Personal Perspective and Mission

His perspective is shaped not just by experience, but by empathy: as a Type 1 diabetic, he's seen up close how fragmented, admin-heavy systems fail patients and providers alike. That conviction drives his commitment to building infrastructure that actually works—for people, not just processes.

Background and Thought Leadership

Jacob holds an MBA and earned his Eagle Scout award early in life. He shares his thinking on AI, operations, and the future of service businesses through The Jacob Wright Podcast and across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
