What does it cost?
We created a pricing model called Pay-Per-Outcome (PPO). You don't pay for hours, headcount, or licenses—you pay for results. Pricing is tied to outcomes WorqAgents deliver: booked appointments, completed tasks, filled prescriptions, collected payments, and more. A small ongoing fee covers system maintenance, training, and storage.
Can I try WorqAgents before committing?
Yes—with guardrails. We offer a structured onboarding phase to prove value quickly. There's a $500 per-location deposit to initiate setup, which covers integration and agent configuration. That deposit is non-refundable once onboarding begins, but it's fully credited toward your first month if you continue. You’ll have two weeks post-deployment to evaluate performance. If you decide not to move forward, you won’t be billed for any usage—just the initial setup deposit.
Can WorqAgents support multiple locations?
Yes. WorqAgents are designed for scale. You can deploy them across multi-location groups with shared workflows and centralized reporting—ideal for multi-location practices, MSOs, or PE groups.
Do WorqAgents provide reporting or visibility?
Yes. Every call, message, task, and outcome is tracked. You get real-time dashboards and full audit trails—showing exactly where agents are driving value. All data is also logged into your existing systems, so visibility flows end-to-end.
